Boosta launches Empowerly — a mentorship program for women in tech

Ahead of March 8, Boosta is launching Empowerly, a mentorship program for women by women in tech. Empowerly was created to connect the expertise of Boosta’s female leaders with the ambitions of women building their careers in the industry.

As part of the program, eight mentors from different fields — from operations and product to marketing, communications, and HR — will hold one-on-one sessions for those who are looking for their next career step, need strategic feedback, or want more confidence in their decisions.

Each mentor will select two participants based on a short motivation form and their specific request. In total, the program will include at least 16 individual mentorship sessions.

During the sessions, participants will be able to:

• clarify their next career move;
• receive strategic feedback on their experience and decisions;
• hear real-life cases — not only about successes, but also about mistakes;
• identify their strengths and growth areas.

The program will conclude with a special offline event in April, where participants can reflect on their experience and connect in person.
