Boosta Ranked Among the TOP 25 Employers for Youth for the Fourth Time

Every year, STUD-POINT recognizes companies that actively collaborate with young professionals and create opportunities for their development. In 2025, Boosta once again made it to the list of the TOP 25 IT employers open to young talents. The jury included representatives from STUD-POINT, BazaIT, Happy Monday, and the Senate of the Student Organization of NUBiP Ukraine.

“Boosta is receiving the STUD-POINT award for the fourth time, and we are truly grateful for this recognition of our work with students. We are always open to young talent because we believe they are the driving force of change. The trust of students motivates us to keep moving forward, expanding our cooperation with educational institutions, and creating new opportunities for future professionals,” commented Maryna Biriukova, PR Specialist at Boosta.

In 2024, Boosta:

• Participated in six student events, including Sales School 2024, Ukrainian Student Summit, Job Expo, Career Workshop, and the inter-university event “Time to Work”;
• Held 17 guest lectures and webinars for 10 Ukrainian universities, covering digital marketing, development, link building, PR, and other fields;
• Launched a paid internship for those looking to master the profession of a creative marketer.

Additionally, applications are now open for the Marketing Trainee internship. Young talents have the opportunity to undergo a three-month training program with real practical tasks, after which the best candidates will have a chance to join one of Boosta’s teams.
