Boosta summarizes its corporate social responsibilityresults for 2025

Throughout 2025, Boosta focused on three key areas of corporate social responsibility: supporting Ukraine and its Armed Forces, developing education for young talents, and helping children. The IT holding company Boosta summed up the results of this work and shared the initiatives it implemented over the year.

Supporting Ukraine

  • In 2025, the core part of Boosta’s support was delivered through the Ukrainian Victory Support initiative — an internal program that has been running in the company for the fourth consecutive year. Within this program, Boosta allocates UAH 100,000 every month to cover volunteer fundraisers initiated by employees and their relatives. Over the year, the team supported 242 requests totaling UAH 1,261,512.

    Thanks to this support, Boosta helped more than 50 military units, funded over 40 vehicle repairs and purchases, supplied 25+ drones and UAVs, fulfilled 18 requests for electronic warfare (EW) systems, and provided 15 tactical medicine kits along with other essential equipment.

    In addition to the company’s regular monthly support, boosters also increased the overall volume of aid themselves. Employees donated their internal currency, Boosta Coins, took part in corporate auctions, and joined office item sales. All collected funds were directed to charitable causes and complemented the company’s regular donations.
  • In March, Boosta held the charity conference Boost360° Product Edition, raising UAH 240,000, which was transferred to the KOLO Foundation.
  • At the end of the year, during the New Year event, the team organized a charity auction to support the renovation of a school shelter in Okhtyrka, Sumy region — just 32 km from the russian border. The auction featured a wide range of prizes, from Gunia tableware to a vinyl record player and a coffee machine, helping the company raise UAH 194,052.
  • In addition, the Boosta team joined external charity initiatives. Boosters participated in running marathons and industry events, including DOU Day. Participation fees from these events were also directed toward supporting Ukraine and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Education and Development of Young Talents

Boosta continues to systematically invest in the development of young professionals and collaborates with students from Ukrainian universities. For the company, sharing practical experience and expertise is essential, as young talents are shaping the future of the industry.

In 2025, Boosta:

  • held 11 guest lectures across various disciplines at partner universities, including KPI, the State University of Trade and Economics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the State Tax University, and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv;
  • participated in five student events, such as Job Expo, Marketing & PR School by Stud-point, “Career Workshop,” and other students initiatives;
  • implemented the Boosta Punk Grant initiative, founded by Boosta co-founder and managing partner Yaroslav Baklan — two KPI students received education grants with a total value of UAH 208,704.

At the same time, Boosta also launched its own educational products.

  • In collaboration with Honeytech, Boosta launched the free Marketing Talents Vision school. The program attracted strong interest, with more than 250 applicants registering. Following the selection process, 25 participants began a one-and-a-half-month training program. Six graduates received job offers from Honeytech.
  • At the end of the year, the Inspirio team (a Boosta business) also launched ASO Academy — a free course for beginners who want to enter mobile marketing. The program is currently ongoing, and the top students will have the opportunity to receive job offers upon completion.

Helping Children

For Boosters, the pre-holiday Charity Mykolay initiative has already become a tradition — an opportunity to unite around a charitable mission and help save children’s hearts. Since 2021, the Boosta team has consistently supported the Center for Pediatric Cardiology at Okhmatdyt Hospital, directing funds toward the purchase of critically important medicines and equipment. Over this period, more than UAH 1,300,000 has been raised, and this year alone boosters contributed an additional UAH 400,000.

Alina Fedotova, Head of Communications at Boosta, adds:

“We understand that social responsibility is not limited to individual initiatives. That’s why it’s important for us to systematically influence the environment in which we work and live—developing both a culture of responsible business and the team’s mindset. This very approach—consistent, conscious, and long-term—helps shape a mature society and build a company that takes responsibility not only for results, but also for its impact.”
