The holding tech company Boosta continues its active growth. At the beginning of 2026, the company’s team has already exceeded 700 specialists, while hiring rates in 2025 more than doubled compared to the previous year.

Throughout 2025, the number of filled vacancies at Boosta increased by approximately 108% compared to 2024. The key driver of this growth was the scaling of businesses and the company’s transformation into a holding IT structure. While at the beginning of 2025 the Boosta ecosystem included around 10 projects, today it has already grown to 18.
Alongside the development of mature businesses, the company was building teams for new projects. Infrastructure departments expanded in parallel with product teams, as business scaling requires stronger operational capabilities.
According to the Djinni ranking, Boosta entered the TOP-5 IT companies in Ukraine by junior hiring. In addition, based on specialists’ voting with a score of 96.8, Boosta ranked among the TOP-10 product IT employers according to DOU.
“In 2026, we expect further growth in hiring alongside the development of existing businesses and the launch of new ones. All projects we have already invested in are actively scaling, and we also plan to invest in around 10 additional new projects,” comments Dmytro Bondar, CEO and Co-founder of Boosta.
