Boosta turns 12: what the holding looks like today

Holding tech company Boosta is celebrating its 12th anniversary. Over this time, the company has grown from a founding team into an ecosystem of 15+ businesses across 10 niches and continues to scale.

Today, Boosta is 700+ specialists from 44 countries. Compared to last year, the team has grown by more than 30%. That growth isn’t a target for its own sake — it reflects what’s happening across the business: the holding is scaling existing verticals and continuing to launch new ones. In 2025, Boosta ranked in the TOP-5 Ukrainian IT companies by hiring for four consecutive quarters, according to DOU.

Boosta’s current portfolio spans ten digital domains: Edtech, Webtoons, Utilities, Health & Fitness, SaaS, Legal Services, FinTech, Performance Marketing, and Linkbuilding. Since the start of 2026 alone, four new businesses have been launched. To keep that pace from turning into chaos, the company is simultaneously strengthening its infrastructure teams — the operational backbone that supports structured growth across the entire ecosystem.

Exactly one year ago, Boosta officially became a holding company. More than a structural change, it was the logical conclusion of a transformation years in the making.
