Corporate Social Responsibility of IT Company Boosta: 2024 Highlights

The international IT company Boosta continues to actively support socially significant initiatives that contribute to societal development and aid for Ukraine. In 2024, the company and its specialists implemented several important projects.

The primary priority for Boosta remained supporting Ukraine.

• For the third consecutive year, the company has maintained the Ukrainian Victory Support initiative, through which Boosta allocates monthly funds for volunteer efforts of its specialists and their close ones. In 2024, the company contributed to 248 requests, totaling UAH 1,274,772. The funds were used to purchase and repair military equipment, drones, communication devices, medicines, military clothing, and food supplies.
  
• A particularly significant milestone was the first charity conference Boost360°.SEO Edition, held in September 2024. This event raised UAH 150,500, which were donated to the charitable organization Reaсtive Post. The funds were used to purchase 42 detectors for enemy drones.
  
• Additionally, the company organized the charity lottery “Donations for the Victory”, where the grand prize was a shell casing from a T-64 tank decorated by Odesa artist Liza Nechyporenko. This shell casing had been used in battles near Robotyne in the summer. The funds raised — UAH 30,000 — were donated to support Ukrainian volunteers.
  
• Beyond financial contributions, Boosta employees joined a master class organized by “Pecherki Kotyky”, where they learned to weave camouflage helmet covers for Ukrainian defenders. Materials and equipment for weaving remain available at the Kyiv office, allowing anyone to support the initiative during their free time.

In addition, Boosta supported other charitable initiatives in 2024:

• Charity Mykolay: Raised UAH 370,000 to purchase medical equipment and a hearing screening device for newborns at the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery.
• Women’s Day Donations: Redirected funds intended for gifts to female colleagues to charitable organizations, including ARM WOMEN NOW, WOMEN’S MARCH, VETERANKA, and KOLO.
• Patron Pet Center Visit: Employees visited the world’s first adoption center of its kind, helping walk dogs. The company also financially supported the center by transferring funds to their donation account.
• Organized a corporate merchandise sale, donating all proceeds to volunteer requests.
• Donated a Christmas tree and decorations to the State Children’s Library in Kamianske, creating a festive atmosphere for young readers.

An equally important aspect of Boosta’s corporate social responsibility is supporting Ukrainian students and young talents.

In 2024, Boosta:

• Launched the Creative Marketing Trainee internship program;
• Conducted 17 guest lectures at 10 universities across Ukraine;
• Participated in 5 student events;
• Awarded 5 grants for free training in the SEO Pro course by Boosta Academy.

Next year Boosta plans to continue its chosen path of support, expand its charitable initiatives, and actively contribute to societal development. The company believes that every step toward supporting Ukraine helps bring victory closer and creates a better future.
