Customertimes launches a training program for future Salesforce Consultants 

Customertimes opens registration for the Salesforce Consultant Trainee Program — an online course for those looking to start a career in IT. 

The program will be of interest to IT beginners who: 

  • Speak foreign languages and have strong communication skills; 
  • Are curious about CRM or/and Salesforce and eager to learn; 
  • Prefer working with clients and solving business challenges over just coding. 

What participants will get: 

  • A clear understanding of the Salesforce Consultant role; 
  • Practical experience with real tasks and tools; 
  • And for top performers — a chance to interview for a role at Customertimes (if positions are available). 

How the program works: 
 
The program runs online from June to August. The participants will learn the theory through lectures, apply it in practical tasks, and complete a final exam at the end. 

Participant requirements: 

  • English at B2+ level; French (preferred), German, or Spanish; 
  • University degree (preferably in a technical field); completed Salesforce/CRM courses will be an advantage; 
  • Access to a laptop.
