Customertimes releases 2025 CSR Report  

Customertimes has released its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, an annual overview of the company’s commitment to responsible and people-focused practices. It highlights initiatives across four areas: Business, People, Education, and Charity. 

“Technology is meaningful only when it helps people — customers, colleagues, and communities — live and work better. This year, we adopted AI responsibly to enhance human potential safely and sustainably, while keeping ethical practices and community support at the core of everything we do,” — shared Dimitri Sidney, CEO and Co-Founder of Customertimes.  

In 2025, the company supported children and families in Ukraine through Blagomay and Seeing with Heart foundations — providing warm clothing, sports equipment, and funding for inclusive education programs like “School for Everyone” and “Kosmotabir”. Customertimes also continued humanitarian support by assisting Ukrainian defenders and donating equipment. 

The company invested in learning, organizing two global internal AI Hackathons. Externally, Customertimes rans its Salesforce Consultant Trainee Program, with six graduates joining the team, and connected Silicon Valley experts with Ukrainian tech community through the knowledge-sharing session. 

The report also highlights efforts to strengthen the global workplace. This year, the company introduced its mascot — Manu, the Pallas Cat — and turned it into a charity initiative by adopting real Pallas Cats in zoos. Customertimes launched CT-WIN, a community supporting women, and organized wellbeing-focused challenges tied to donations for kids. 

Customertimes earned several recognitions in 2025, including a Platinum medal from CyberVadis for cybersecurity performance and an official EcoVadis rating for strong results in environmental impact, ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement.
