ELEKS and the UCU-Online platform have created a free online course for veterans “Returning from War: First Steps in IT” which received the DOU Award in the “Best Nonprofit Initiative Promoting the Development of the IT Industry” category. The course is designed for those who are returning to civilian life and want to start a career in IT. So far, more than 300 veterans have joined the program.
The program includes seven lectures that participants can complete whenever they want. They cover the main directions of the IT industry:
