IT Meets Legal: A Legal Check-up for IT Business

On 19 November, Lviv IT Cluster hosts IT Meets Legal: A Legal Check-up for IT Business. The event focuses on how IT companies can identify legal risks early, protect their interests, and make business decisions with their legal and financial consequences in view.

The event aims to help companies move from reacting to legal issues to managing risks systematically. An effective legal function ensures compliance, protects company resources, supports confident decision-making, and lays the groundwork for stable growth.

Lawyers, finance experts, and business leaders will discuss the key legal challenges IT companies face in Ukraine and abroad. Topics include responsible use of artificial intelligence and the related data and intellectual property risks; tax and financial security, including audit preparation, work with contractors, and international payments; contracts with foreign partners and protecting company interests during scaling; and digitalising legal and HR processes in line with legal requirements.

The event is designed for company executives, lawyers, CFOs, HR professionals, and HR administration specialists.

Participation

Participation is free for employees of Lviv IT Cluster member companies, subject to prior registration with a corporate email. Places are limited. Tickets for other participants cost UAH 1,090.
