Lviv IT Cluster announced the third IT Meets conference of the year. This time, the event will focus on Talent: Connect Management and Working with Talent in 2024. The event will take place on March 21 in Ternopil and will gather leading HR experts. They will share best practices in implementing tools for effective team management and HR process digitalization, as well as help find practical solutions for developing companies and specialists.
IT Meets Talent will focus on new approaches to forming effective teams in the face of full-scale disruptions and economic challenges. Speakers will review the results of the first quarter 2024, discuss expectations for the coming months, key trends and tendencies in HR and brand management, and the practical aspects of mobilization and booking. Additionally, they will analyze how team effectiveness depends on the level of mental health.
The IT Meets Talent program includes expert talks, panel discussions, and quality networking. Moreover, the event will host two workshops: “Feedback: Duty or Critical Necessity. Or Perhaps a Gift?” by ELEKS and “Psychological Safety in Teams” by Techstack. That is an opportunity for all participants to gain practical experience from leading HR experts.
IT Meets Talent will benefit Chief People Officers, People Partners, recruiters, brand managers, HR marketers, community managers, HR Generalists, and other HR specialists.
