Many companies have already experimented with ChatGPT and other AI tools, automated routine tasks, or even launched their first AI pilot projects. However, once the initial experiment proves successful, a much more challenging question arises: what comes next, and how can a pilot be transformed into a fully functional business tool?
On September 22, GigaCloud and Data Science UA will host a free joint webinar, “Your AI Pilot Is Ready. What’s Next?”. The event will focus on the journey from identifying a business problem and developing an initial idea to launching an AI solution that can operate reliably in a real business environment and scale as demand grows.
During the webinar, experts will demonstrate real AI solutions and explain the key components of an AI project. The discussion will cover AI assistants, process automation, working with corporate data, and other practical AI use cases for businesses. Participants will see how these solutions work from the end user’s perspective and what is required to develop, integrate, and support them in day-to-day operations.
The webinar will also examine the entire technical journey of an AI solution: from preparing and structuring data to development, integration with existing systems, and deployment into production. Participants will learn what data AI systems require, how the logic behind an AI solution is built, and what should be considered during the pilot stage if the project is expected to scale in the future.
The speakers will also discuss a common challenge: a pilot may already demonstrate promising results, while bringing it into real business processes proves considerably more difficult than expected. At this stage, companies need to address integration, performance, access to corporate data, security, and computing resources. A solution that works well during a limited test needs to remain reliable under real workloads while its operating costs stay manageable and predictable.
A separate part of the webinar will focus on infrastructure. The speakers will discuss the computing resources required for AI projects, the role of GPUs and data storage, and the infrastructure needed to ensure stable and secure operation. The session will also address the cost of running AI solutions and explain why infrastructure and future scalability should be considered before a successful pilot evolves into a full-scale product.
The webinar will be useful for companies that are already experimenting with AI, as well as for teams preparing to launch their first AI project. It is particularly relevant for businesses looking to understand what AI technology can do, what is required to integrate it into existing processes, and how to move from an experiment to sustainable practical use.
