On June 17, Lviv IT Cluster organized an exclusive executive event featuring Glovo co-founder Sacha Michaud. This was the first event of the year as part of the Founders’ Dialogue project.
Sacha shared practical insights for founders and CEOs on launching products in challenging market conditions, scaling businesses, building strong teams, making strategic decisions under pressure, forming partnerships, entering new markets, and preparing for an exit.
“I like smaller events where you can almost talk to everyone and have a dialogue, instead of a mass crowd. They’re much more intimate and generally more profitable for everyone concerned. Sometimes, what is discussed publicly isn’t what truly matters to a founder, like how to build company culture or define core values. We don’t usually talk about these topics, as we talk more about the business. I’m a big fan of these small events with top-quality audience, where attendees can have one-on-one time with everyone”, — said Sacha Michaud, Glovo co-founder.
Founders’ Dialogue is a Lviv IT Cluster program that brings together founders and top executives to exchange experience, grow cross-company connections, and promote a culture of mentorship at the national level. The project unites founders from various sectors through intimate offline events — a unique chance to personally engage with entrepreneurs behind global tech successes and learn what helps them stay effective and maintain leadership over the years.
“We created Founders’ Dialogue as a space for honest conversation among entrepreneurs building tech businesses in challenging environments. The meeting with Sacha Michaud wasn’t just inspirational — it delivered tangible, practical insights for founders thinking about scaling, building teams, and expanding into new markets. These conversations are key to nurturing a mature tech ecosystem in Ukraine,” said Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.
All executives of the Lviv IT Cluster member companies are welcome to join the Founder’s Dialogue. Learn more about participation.
