Free Access: GlobalLogic Launch an Online-Course on Linux for Beginners from Lviv

Linux/Networking GL BaseCamp online-course, developed by the experts of GlobalLogic IT company, starts in November. Participants will learn the basics of Linux programming and gain their first experience implementing an IT project. The best graduates will have the opportunity to join the team.

Lviv, the 1^st of November 2024. As cloud computing and AI continue to evolve, Linux’s role in both development and large-scale computing is growing further. In 2024, one in four developers used Ubuntu (Linux distributive) for both personal and professional purposes. Moreover Linux powered nearly half of the world’s most powerful supercomputers.

GlobalLogic launches GL BaseCamp online-course this month to give beginners an opportunity to start their career in a promising direction. Participants will receive up-to-date theoretical knowledge that is currently used in the industry. Furthermore, students will be able to consolidate this knowledge with individual practical projects under the guidance of mentors. 

The course is for beginners from Lviv who are familiar with any Linux-based OS, have basic knowledge of the network’s operation, know the basics of C programming and have the level of English Intermediate +.

In case of successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate and the opportunity to join the team at the Trainee position. The number of places on the course is limited, the qualifying process is provided.

When: the course starts in November and will last 3 months.

Format: Online, classes twice a week.
