KredoBank is resuming its mortgage lending program. You can quickly become a property owner and not postpone the dream of your own home for years by taking advantage of it. The Bank offers flexible mortgage terms that allow You to choose the most convenient payment format according to customer capabilities.

“We offer a competitive interest rate, a flexible loan term of up to 20 years, an advance payment of 20%, a minimum one-time fee, and two loan payment options to choose from — this makes buying a home more affordable and convenient,” says Pavlo Majik, director of KredoBank’s Retail Lending Department.

Basic terms of mortgage lending

  • Loan period: from 1 to 20 years
  • Interest rate:

— First year fixed — 15.99% per annum

— From the second year — variable rate UIRD 3M + 4 % per annum

  • Loan amount: from 100,000 UAH to 4,000,000 UAH
  • Down payment:

— Residential real estate worth up to 3,000,000 UAH — from 20% of the property value

— Residential real estate worth over 3,000,000 UAH — from 30% of the property value

  • One-time mortgage fee: 0.49% of the loan amount, regardless of the term and advance payment
  • Mortgage repayment schedule: annuity (equal monthly payments) or classic (reduction of payments each month, because the smaller the outstanding balance, the smaller the interest payments)
  • Loan security: real estate purchased with loan funds
  • Annual property insurance: 0.23% of the property value
  • Annual accident insurance: 0.6% of the loan balance

What kind of housing can be purchased?

KredoBank offers mortgage loans for the purchase of real estate on the secondary market. These can be apartments or houses with land plots, including cottages or garden sheds. However, such real estate must meet several criteria:

  • have a legal title;
  • belong to the housing stock;
  • be located in the following regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Ivano- Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Kyiv regions and Kyiv.

To get a loan, you need to choose housing on the secondary market and visit one of the KredoBank branches with the necessary documents. The decision to grant a loan is made within a few days.
