Indeema Announces Launch of “Indeema Teaches Embedded” Program

Indeema, an expert in developing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and complex engineering systems, announces the start of recruitment for the “Indeema Teaches Embedded” training program. This is a bootcamp-style training designed for technical students who strive to transition from university theory to real work with hardware.

Students who successfully complete the program will receive a Job Offer for a Trainee position and join the Indeema team.

From Theory to “Listen and Do”

The program will last 4 weeks (scheduled to start on January 26, 2026) at the Indeema office in Lviv. Unlike standard courses, “Indeema Teaches Embedded” is based on the “Listen and Do” methodology. Participants will work directly with office workstations and hardware kits (STM32, ESP, sensors), receiving mentorship support from the company’s Senior Engineers.

To get into the group, students will not send standard motivation letters. Instead, a “Project Concept” requirement is being introduced.

Applicants must describe their dream Embedded project: what problem it solves and how to technically implement it. This will allow assessing creativity, technical thinking, and true passion for engineering at the application stage.
