We implemented important projects to improve the well-being of our colleagues and also joined initiatives that keep bringing results to this day. The war radically changed our focus in the field of social responsibility; today we are rethinking some projects and launching completely new ones, but we are always guided by human-to-human culture and a focus on the value that we can bring to society,” comments Vitaly Sedler, CEO and co-founder Intellias. The report on sustainable development is prepared in accordance with the leading international reporting standards: Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and, for the first time, in accordance with the standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). These standards help businesses highlight the multifaceted aspects of operations that affect sustainability in working with people, customers, and other stakeholders, as well as disclose information about community support and the implementation of socially important initiatives.
