Intellias secures validated climate targets, advances its responsible AI practice, and maintains a people-first culture in over 30 countries.

Lviv, Ukraine – July 8, 2026 – Intellias, a global partner for AI-enabled product engineering and digital solutions, has published its 2025 Sustainability Report. The report covers responsible business conduct, data security and privacy, responsible AI use, employee well-being and inclusion, climate action, and social impact, with a focus on ongoing support for Ukraine.
The report reflects Intellias continued progress toward internationally recognized sustainability reporting practices. It references the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards and the SASB Software & IT Services standard, aligns with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ISO 26000, and takes its first transitional step toward the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
“Companies that treat their impact as a long-term strategy, invest in their people, and operate with integrity consistently earn deeper trust from both clients and talent than those that don’t. Acting sustainably delivers real, measurable results where business growth and social impact reinforce each other.” – Vitaly Sedler, Сo-founder and CEO, Intellias.
Key achievements across the environmental, social, and governance dimensions include:
Equity, diversity, and inclusion are the core of Intellias strategy. In 2025, women held 47% of management roles and made up about 27% of the global workforce. The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) assessment score increased from 14% in 2021 to 87%. The She Is Tech ecosystem connects over 3,000 participants, and its third annual conference with UN Women combined online and offline events across several countries. The Empower Her program added structured coaching and peer learning to prepare women for senior roles. Intellias also invested in workforce resilience through the IntelliWell well-being platform and IntelliCare confidential mental health support.
Intellias advances environmental responsibility across its operations. The Ecomobility Summer program engaged over 500 participants in 13 countries, who together avoided nearly 34,700 kilograms of CO₂ emissions through low-carbon commuting — equivalent to roughly 9.5% of the company’s annual footprint. A hardware donation program extended the life of more than 2,000 refurbished devices, and 100% of newly onboarded suppliers were screened against environmental and sustainability criteria.
With roots in Ukraine, Intellias carries a direct responsibility to its people and communities at home. Since 2022, it has contributed over US$3.63 million to relief efforts, with more than US$499,000 in 2025 alone for humanitarian aid, medical support, and rebuilding. Through the Intellias Foundation for Change, Intellias supports veteran rehabilitation and reintegration — including the Unbroken para ice hockey team, Invictus Games Ukraine, and a formal partnership with Lviv City Council and the Ukrainian Para Ice Hockey Federation.
Moving forward, Intellias will strengthen its alignment with global sustainability standards by conducting a double materiality assessment, expanding its ESG metrics and targets, and evaluating its readiness for third-party assurance.
