Ukrainian service IT company Intellias to open a new office in Dnipro. It will be the company’s sixth development center in Ukraine. Other offices are located in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kraków. Besides, Intellias is represented in Berlin, Chicago, New York, and Riyadh.
The Dnipro office opening is planned for the first quarter of 2022. Currently, the most suitable locations are considered. The new office location and equipment will correspond to the “smart comfort” principle, which prioritizes specialists’ comfort. Similar to the existing offices, the new place will have airy working zones, a sufficient number of meeting rooms and break rooms. The Dnipro office will be cycling-friendly, offering infrastructure for those specialists, who will use bicycles.
Specialists will be able to choose the most comfortable working arrangement according to the IntelliSmart WorkPlaces concept. The concept suggests three types of workplaces: fixed desks for those, who work from the office 100% of their time, and shared and hot desks for those, who want to combine working from home and from the office.
“Dnipro has a tremendous potential for IT development. There is a lot of talented engineers, whom we’ll be happy to engage into the creation of innovative tech solutions. Besides, there is a room for developing the city’s IT community, and we plan on taking an active part in its life”, says Vitaly Sedler, Intellias co-founder and CEO.
Intellias’ rapid growth has spurred the opening of the new office. Thus, 436 new specialists have joined the company at the beginning of 2021, which secured Intellias’ place among the five fastest growing companies on the market. Today Intellias employs more than 2000 people; 15 are working in Dnipro.
