IT Club Loyalty App Named One of the Top Three Mobile Solutions of the Year

The IT Club Loyalty mobile app, initiated by Lviv IT Cluster, won third place in the category “Best HR Mobile App” at the Mobile-First Award 2025.

This category recognizes innovative solutions that:

• Enhance the employee experience,
• Automate HR processes,
• Support effective talent management within companies.

The IT Club Loyalty app provides access to the largest loyalty program for tech professionals in Ukraine. It is used by over 33,000 specialists from more than 300 tech companies. The program’s partners include over 1,000 brands from across the country in various categories — from cafes and restaurants to home goods, healthcare, insurance, banking, sports, and education for both children and adults.

This year’s Mobile App Vision 2025 conference became a key platform for discussions about the future of mobile technologies. One of the highlights was the panel discussion “How Mobile Apps Shape User Lives,” moderated by Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.

“Mobile apps are no longer just tools — they’ve become full-fledged environments where people work, interact with brands, cities, and the state. This award recognizes not only technical quality, but also the ability to create experiences that reshape user habits and establish a new normal,” noted Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.

Mobile-First Award supports the development of Ukraine’s digital ecosystem and honors mobile solutions that improve users’ everyday lives. In 2025, over 120 applications were submitted across 11 key award categories.
