Launch of a Transformational Project for Ukraine’s Accounting Market:The Methodological Expert Council Has Been Established

Educators, business leaders, and IT experts have united to develop a Ukrainian standard for accounting ERP systems ERP.UA, a company that is group of the CRM.UA, is a member of the Lviv IT Cluster, has announced the launch of the Methodological Expert Council — the first permanent national professional platform dedicated to creating Ukrainian standards and methodological requirements for an accounting ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The new system will be fully localized according to Ukrainian legislation, simple to use, and designed to help businesses transition away from outdated and unsafe foreign accounting tools (such as 1C/BAS) toward a secure, modern, and EU-aligned technological solution.

The Ukrainian ERP system will be scalable and convenient for organizations of any size — from small businesses to large industrial groups.

The Council brings together practicing accountants, faculty from leading Ukrainian universities, and IT solution developers. Participation will later expand to representatives of the business community and government institutions. All members share a common mission: to develop ERP standards that will ensure a simple, secure, and transparent transition of Ukrainian companies to modern technological solutions.

Andrii Bezgubenko, Founder of ERP.UA and Owner of the CRM.UA group, explains the idea and strategic purpose of the Council:

“There is a direct connection between the scale of educational outreach and the speed of system adoption nationwide. The more institutions and experts involved in knowledge sharing, the faster this knowledge becomes widely accessible. We clearly understand the responsibility we are taking on. Our goal is to develop practical transition methods and regulations that will be clear, applicable, and useful for accountants across two million Ukrainian enterprises. I am convinced that nations achieve real breakthroughs when business and education work together. This is something many global leaders spoke about in conversations I had the privilege to participate in — from Bill Gates to Philip Kotler.”

The Methodological Expert Council has been established as a national platform for:

• Sharing professional expertise among practicing accountants, lecturers, and industry specialists;
• Developing practical cases to help Ukrainian businesses efficiently transition to a modern ERP-based accounting system;
• Preparing methodological guidelines and standardization documents for accounting automation systems;
• Shaping recommendations for the developers of the new Ukrainian accounting ERP system.

Format of Work:

• 24 online sessions (held monthly);
• Duration: 2 hours per session.

• Ukraine remains dependent on outdated and insecure foreign accounting systems (e.g., Russian-developed 1C/BAS);
