With the aim of helping small and medium businesses develop communications in times of challenges and in conditions of limited resources, the Svitlo agency, with the support of the USAID Program “Competitive Economy of Ukraine”, is launching a new stage of the free of charge project “Light of Possibilities 2.0”.

The first phase started in 2023 and helped 15 enterprises develop SMM strategies and establish communications in social media. Among the project participants were such Ukrainian companies as rekava, Garne, Lol&Pop, Edison Factory, Ever and Ever, Lumof, Acropolis and others.
“While cooperating, we received a powerful SMM strategy, which we did not have in such a clear and detailed form during the 10 years of business’ existence. The Svitlo team was able not only to develop a detailed action plan, but also to display our business from another side. We got a roadmap with a clear rubric based on market analysis and TA. A visual strategy that corresponds to the brand vision, a photoshoot that conveys the main ideas and values. As well as recommendations for targeted advertising and working with influencers. We can show off our results in terms of growth in reach and audience engagement. Also, this support and cooperation helped us restore another SMM specialist position, which is also a very positive development,” shares the co-founder of the Lol&Pop brand, Olena Tokar.
As a result of the initiative receiving high interest from Ukrainian companies, the agency launched the second stage, “Light of Possibilities 2.0”, and expanded the list of offered services for businesses.
The new stage of the project will last 10 months, during which 30 small and medium-sized companies officially registered in Ukraine will receive free of charge individual communication strategies for social media and learn how to implement them. Some of the participants will also receive expert advice on sales, investment attraction, development plans and export. Each participant is expected to work with experts for four months.
“The project ‘Light of Possibilities 2.0’ allows small and medium-sized businesses to update their communication strategies in social media together with experts who have dozens of successfully implemented projects in their portfolio, free of charge. During the first phase of the project, we understood how to mold it in such a way as to give businesses a customized list of services that would strengthen their marketing activities. We increased the number of services within the project: in addition to communication strategies and mentoring, we added audits and recommendations on the work of the sales department, attraction of investments in business, formation of development plans and export. For us, “Light of Possibilities 2.0″ is an opportunity to help more businesses find their own communication approach under the mentorship of the Svitlo specialists,” says the founder of the Svitlo communication agency, Polina Taranenko.
During the implementation of the initiative, specialists of the Svitlo agency will help the participating companies develop communication strategies in order to promote the brand in social media and prepare communication materials. Also, the agency’s specialists will perform as mentors, which will help the participant teams independently carry out the developed strategies after the completion of the project. Businesses will receive practical advice and instructions that will contribute to the development of the brand and strengthen the competitiveness of the business both on the Ukrainian and foreign markets.
The selection of the participants of the “Light of Possibilities 2.0” project will take place in two stages: filling in the application form and interview with Svitlo Agency specialists. Applications will be accepted in three waves: March 20 – May 17, May 20 – July 19, July 22 – September 20.
