Lviv IT Cluster, together with Wiseboard, launch the M&A Ready Acceleration Program — the first practical M&A accelerator in Ukraine, designed to help tech companies prepare for attracting investment, forming strategic partnerships, or selling their business. The initiative will be implemented as part of the M&A Office project.

The program is designed for tech company founders who want to maximize the value of a deal, not only financially but also strategically. The accelerator’s goal is to enhance a company’s investment attractiveness, ensure the maturity of processes and functions, and prepare it for future M&A opportunities.
The initiative targets companies with teams from 20 to 150+ people who are considering a partial or complete exit within the next 12–24 months.
What does the M&A Ready Acceleration Program include?
“Our goal is to help Ukrainian tech companies emerge from deals not weaker, but stronger. This accelerator is designed for deep, high-quality, and strategic preparation. We’re not just intermediaries — we work side by side with the business as true partners,” says Iryna Rudenko, M&A Lead of Lviv IT Cluster.
The M&A Ready Acceleration Program is also suitable for those who are not planning to sell their business yet but want to increase the company’s market value, improve operational efficiency, or prepare for scaling. For teams that feel they have reached a growth ceiling, participating in the accelerator can become a catalyst for meaningful changes and preparation for various strategic scenarios. All stages will be implemented through a deep partnership between the company, Wiseboard experts, and the Lviv IT Cluster’s M&A Office team.
In addition, the organizers emphasize a shift in growth approaches: today, even small companies (up to 100 people) in Ukraine are starting to acquire smaller companies or assets, as organic growth slows down and inorganic strategies become a development tool.
“M&A is no longer only about large corporations. Even teams of 70–100 people can drive changes — whether by rebooting their business, deepening their expertise, or finding a strategic partner. We created the accelerator for those who are ready for transformations and want to go through this process in a structured and confident way,” adds Iryna Rudenko.
