Lviv IT Cluster Continues Operating as Usual

The situation, which has recently become a subject of public discussion, has been resolved and is not affecting the organization’s strategic plans and activities. Lviv IT Cluster and its team continue to operate as usual, ensuring the uninterrupted execution of all processes and projects. We remain fully committed to our obligations to partners and the community, continue providing services to member companies, and further develop initiatives that strengthen the technology sector.

The process of transferring all trademarks is proceeding in accordance with existing regulatory and administrative procedures. The corresponding applications have been submitted and will soon be recorded in the official registers in accordance with standard procedures. All assets of the Association — including technical resources and services, office space, and property — remain under the control and in use of Lviv IT Cluster. Once finalized, the audit results will provide the basis for informed changes in the organization’s activities, which will be discussed with member companies.

We have launched an active search for a new CEO — a leader with strong operational expertise and a vision to drive meaningful change in Ukraine’s tech ecosystem. All information regarding the role can be found via the link, and we welcome recommendations you may have.

During the transition until a new CEO is appointed, Sviatoslav Kavetskyi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, is serving as Acting Director. We are grateful to the entire Lviv IT Cluster team for navigating this period together with us.
