Lviv IT Cluster Elects a New Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is the Association’s strategic governing body. It unites IT industry leaders to make key decisions and set development priorities for the Cluster.

Elections to the Board take place every two years. The voting process includes the selection of both the Chair of the Supervisory Board and its members.

Svyatoslav Kavetskyi, Industry Affairs Director at N-iX, was re-elected as the Chair of the Supervisory Board for the second consecutive term. This decision reflects trust in his leadership and vision for the Association’s future development.

The updated Supervisory Board for 2025–2026 includes representatives of leading companies in Ukraine’s IT industry. Members are as follows:

  • Ivan Babychuk (EduNav);
  • Orest Blazhyievskyi (Business Equipment);
  • Oleh Denys (SoftServe);
  • Nataliia Kyrnychna (SFox);
  • Olena Kozlova (PLVision);
  • Ihor Kostiv (GlobalLogic);
  • Pavlo Moiseiev (Infopulse);
  • Volodymyr Pavlishevskyi (Avenga);
  • Mykhailo Puzrakov (Intellias);
  • Ruslan Serediuk (Eleks);
  • Andrii Tabachyn (EdPro);
  • Andrii Trofimov (EPAM).

The newly elected members will discuss key areas of work and new challenges facing Ukraine’s IT industry during the board’s first meeting, which is scheduled to take place soon.
