On June 19, the Lviv IT Cluster team held a meeting with Pierre Heilbronn, the Special Envoy of the President of France for Aid and Reconstruction of Ukraine; Clément de Rivas, Advisor to the Special Envoy; and Héloïse Marmouset de la Taille, Attaché for University and Scientific Cooperation at the French Institute in Ukraine.
During the French delegation’s visit to Lviv, the Cluster team presented the CodeUA marketplace — a platform designed to promote Ukrainian tech companies on the international stage. They also shared plans to establish a Research Center — a future hub for analytics, innovation, and strategic dialogue on the development of Ukraine’s tech industry.
The French representatives expressed their readiness to support the search for partners among French entrepreneurs and philanthropists, as well as to share the experience of École 42, a private IT school known for its innovative approach to technical education.
“It’s important for us to build partnerships that help Ukraine develop innovation, tech education, and export capacity in the tech sector. We hope this meeting marks the beginning of long-term cooperation with French institutions,” said Yurii Ohonovskyi, Deputy CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.
The guests were also invited to attend IT Arena 2025 — Ukraine’s main tech event, which will bring together specialists from over 30 countries, including representatives of French businesses, investors, and potentially a delegation from the French government.
