Lviv IT Cluster invites high school students, university applicants and students, and educators to IT Future Fest 2025 – the largest event for those interested in technology and dreaming of a tech career. Participation is free.
This event will be valuable for high school students who are just beginning to explore their future profession and university students seeking career opportunities. Attendees will enjoy insightful lectures from top tech specialists, engaging workshops, and interactive sessions.
High schoolers who haven’t chosen their career path will have a unique opportunity to talk to university representatives and learn about admission requirements. They will also gain insights into emerging careers and the latest trends in the tech industry.
At the same time, students will receive practical advice on landing their first tech job and learn about internship programs at top companies. Potential employers will share insights into career opportunities and expectations for future specialists. They will also provide tips on successful self-introduction during interviews and creating a CV that employers notice. Overall, participants will have the chance to network with representatives from 40 tech companies.
“According to our IT Research Ukraine 2024 study, Junior specialists in Ukraine make up 15.5% of the total tech talent pool. However, due to a lack of experience and high competition, it’s challenging for beginners to secure their first job. We at the Lviv IT Cluster have been creating and expanding educational initiatives for nine years to help young people take their first steps toward their dreams. Attending IT Future Fest 2025 is a great starting point for those looking to grow in the tech field. High schoolers will discover where to get quality tech education and which skills to start developing now. Meanwhile, students will have the chance to meet potential employers and better understand the job market,” says Julia Tsymbala, Education Lead at Lviv IT Cluster.

In partnership with Gameloft, we will also raffle off a Sony PlayStation PS5 (Digital Edition) among all registered students and high schoolers.
IT Future Fest 2025 will also be beneficial for educators, providing them with new professional insights, modern teaching methodologies, and interactive tools to make lessons more engaging and effective. Every teacher who attends the event and successfully passes the test will receive a qualification certificate.
At the end of the event, participants can enjoy atmospheric music set by Oleg Novosad, a Software Engineer and Music Producer. This will be an excellent opportunity to relax and continue networking in an informal setting after a full day of learning.
IT Future Fest 2025 will take place on April 11 in a hybrid format — online and offline. Attendees are welcome to join the live stream from anywhere in Ukraine or across the globe.
