An official opening of IT lab “Infopulse Data Science & Machine Learning Lab” supported by Infopulse and Lviv IT Cluster will take place on Drahomanova 50, at 12:00 on February 15. The lab will be opened within the degree program in Data Science & Intelligent Systems, Department of System Design, Faculty of Electronics and Computer Technologies, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Launching similar labs within universities is a common practice used by tech companies around the world. It helps students to get invaluable experience. “Infopulse Data Science & Machine Learning Lab” has 15 workstations and a modern server to be used for calculations. Here, students will be able to work on their own projects, attend lectures and workshops by IT experts.
During the opening, Members will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the lab, talk to experts, and also to listen to a master class on Data Science and English for IT professionals, and to take part in giveaways.
The event will be attended by Deputy Lviv City Mayor Andriy Moskalenko, Rector of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv Volodymyr Melnyk, VP of Business Development at Infopulse Lyubomyr Boychuk, HR Director at Infopulse Lyubov Yudenko, CEO at Lviv IT Cluster Stepan Veselovskyi.
