Mentors4Starters, a leadership mentoring program with over a decade of success in Poland, is officially launching in Ukraine. Over the course of five months, participants will work on their personal career goals through 1-to-1 sessions with experienced Ukrainian top managers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders — professionals who will help young talents turn ambition and drive into tangible results.
Mentors4Starters Ukraine is free of charge and will start in November 2025. Applications are open until October 26 on the program’s website: https://mentors4startersua.com/
How the program works
Mentors4Starters Ukraine runs for five months. During this time, each mentor meets with their mentee 4-6 times (online or offline) to discuss professional challenges in 1-to-1 sessions, explore new solutions together, and uncover growth opportunities.
Mentoring culture in Ukraine is rapidly evolving, and demand is growing. At the same time, a new generation of creative and ambitious professionals is launching bold projects and businesses that are changing reality and shaping the future. Now, support from C-level leaders can be decisive, helping participants unlock their potential and reach a new level in their careers.
Additionally, Mentors4Starters participants become part of a vibrant community: we organize workshops and networking events where mentees can exchange experiences with peers at similar career stages, find inspiration, and grow together.
