Nanit Robot, Finalists of the Startup Competition 2022, Launched a Collection on Kickstarter

Nanit Robot was founded by Denys Skrypka, Vlad Kotov and Pavlo Ovchinnikov. The startup develops EdTech solutions for children and adults — a robotics and programming designer. It contains a set of components and sensors. You can also get a training course for a certain age.

In 2022, Nanit took third place at the IT Arena and received $15,000. Editor at Large TechCrunch Mike Butcher also included Nanit in the list of Ukrainian startups worthy of investors’ attention. This year, the Nanit team was part of the Ukrainian delegations at the Consumer Electronic Show (СES) 2023 in Las Vegas and the Collision Conference 2023 in North America.

What did the participation and prize place give Nanit Robot

First, IT Arena gave confidence in its actions. The importance of small victories in challenging times cannot be underestimated. For example, running production and video tutorials during blackouts was a real challenge, but the company overcame it.

Secondly, access to international events. Participating in events like TechCrunch and CES 2023 opened new horizons for Nanit Robot. The company has received the first reviews and pre-orders for their product.

Nanit Robot’s upcoming plans

Nanit Robot is actively working in the B2C direction and offer a number of products:

• Nanit Discovery — a set for creative learning of engineering and programming for children 5-7 years old;
• Nanit Smart Home — course in electronics and robotics for beginners;
• Nanit Ground Drone – Lessons on building and maintaining a home security system and ground drone platforms.

In the B2B sector, Nanit Robotco cooperates with educational institutions and charitable organizations. The company is negotiating with a network of private kindergartens. Nanit Robot launched an educational video platform for learning engineering, robotics, and programming for adults.

Nanit Robot is going to the production mark of 500 sets by the end of the year. Plans for the near future include entering the US and Canadian markets.

Nanit Robot launched a collection on Kickstarter

The goal is to raise at least $7,000 by December 15, 2023. The main goal is $100,000. The money will be used to launch the production of 400 robots.

Nanit Robot has developed an innovative robot for children aged 5-13. It has 30 transformation options, replaces 100 STEM toys. Develops logical and creative thinking, promotes understanding of physical processes, teaches technical basics of robotics. Increases professional orientation by 3 times. Open source programming provides compatibility with Scratch, C through Arduino IDE, ESP and Thinkercad.
