NERDZ LAB has Introduced a New Tool Called SCOPO that Provides Customized Estimates for IT Companies

Based in Lviv, NERDZ LAB specializes in software design and development. Like many IT companies, they previously relied on Google Sheets or Excel for estimation purposes.

However, this approach presented challenges such as time-consuming formatting, broken formulas, and an uncompetitive appearance. Thus, the idea emerged to develop a tool to streamline estimate preparation and increase the rate of signed agreements.

During the MVP phase, the project was selected from among 3,000 others to participate in Genesis StartUp Academy 2.0 with Meta. Subsequently, they also became part of the Ukrainian delegation, showcasing SCOPO as an ALFA startup at Web Summit 2022.

Initial testing results within their own company, with test users and partners, revealed that SCOPO facilitates the creation of estimates and proposals for potential clients by 70% faster, putting them ahead of competitors.

NERDZ LAB believes that one of SCOPO’s main advantages is its ability to increase the chances of securing up to 35% more contracts, thereby making business more profitable.

Among SCOPO’s features are personalized branding, client behavior analytics on estimates, project development timelines, ready-made functions for calculations, and estimation creation using AI. It is suitable for both fixed-volume project assessments and hourly cooperation models.

Estimate creation unfolds in several steps, allowing teams and responsibilities to be described using AI or manually, estimating hours and budgets with pre-existing formulas. Afterward, the client is sent a link leading to an interactive web page to track their behavior on the proposed estimates.
