New Style and Even More Opportunities: Lviv IT Cluster Launches the Rebranding of Professional Communities

Lviv IT Cluster’s professional communities are effective platforms for sharing experiences, finding new opportunities, and creating partnerships. Now, they will become even more convenient, helpful, and vibrant – unique spaces for development, inspiration, and collective creativity.

What’s new?

• Bright design

The new color scheme and logo of the communities are designed to enhance visibility and establish a distinctive style. Each community carries its own uniqueness and purpose, and the vibrant new design highlights this with various colors and shapes that symbolize movement, technology, dynamism, and progress.

Additionally, finding information about the communities is now easier – just type “Community | Lviv IT Cluster” in the search field.

• Updated rules

From now on, the community rules will be clearer, more understandable, and fair, with a strong focus on fostering harmonious communication.

• New content format

Participation in the communities will be filled with even more opportunities and activities. Members can expect webinars, up-to-date news, useful articles, and exclusive events tailored to their professional interests.

• Opportunity to stand out

From now on, community members can actively engage in content creation, submit suggestions, or launch initiatives. They can also become speakers at webinars or contribute by writing posts or articles.

Lviv IT Cluster communities in 2024

There are currently seven active communities within Lviv IT Cluster: IT Law Community, CTO Community, HR Community, Sales Community, Product Community, M&A Community, and Executive Connect. These communities unite 1,942 professionals.

In 2024, 10 professional IT Meets conferences were organized within the communities, gathering about 1,800 participants and providing a platform to discuss key challenges and trends across various fields: Management, Product, Talent, BizDev, Tech, and Startups.

Additionally, 20 webinars were held on various topics — from changes to military registration legislation to the role and functions of HR specialists in building an employer brand. Another significant achievement was the creation of the new M&A Community, which brought together everyone interested in mergers and acquisitions processes in the tech sector. Also, a new effective format of closed meetings — M&A Bar Talks — was launched.

What to expect in 2025?

This year, members of the Lviv IT Cluster communities can look forward to even more exclusive events, insights, and opportunities.

• The association’s event team is already working on a new series of professional IT Meets conferences. The upcoming event, which will focus on AI, will take place in Kyiv in March. Don’t miss the opportunity to gain knowledge for professional growth and build valuable connections. Tickets for Lviv IT Cluster members are free.

• We are starting to build a network of community drivers. These are professionals who share their experience and expertise with other community members. Among them:

• Nestor Shvets, Chief Legal Officer, Lviv IT Cluster – IT Law Community driver;
• Orysia Kushnir, Senior HR Manager, Lviv IT Cluster – HR Community driver;
• Iryna Rudenko, M&A Lead, Lviv IT Cluster – M&A Community driver.

Moreover, the most active community drivers will receive a free ticket to IT Arena, the largest tech conference in Eastern Europe, held in Lviv this September.
