Notarizi Joins Lviv IT Cluster

Notarizi is a service for remote notarial certification of documents through licensed notaries, allowing document processing in 15 minutes regardless of the signatory’s country of location.

Using modern video identification, biometric, and electronic signature technologies in accordance with eIDAS standards, the platform ensures the signing and certification of documents recognized in 127 countries worldwide under the Hague Convention, including Ukraine.

Founded by Ukrainians to support compatriots abroad, the platform quickly scaled into an international service. Today, Notarizi serves clients worldwide — from individuals to international companies requiring document legalization in various jurisdictions.

Notarizi provides various options for receiving completed documents: clients can receive notarially certified documents in electronic format immediately after the video session, or order delivery of paper originals via DHL to anywhere in the world.
