ORIL announces the launch of a new early-career program designed to provide junior specialists with hands-on experience in real commercial software development. As a software development company, ORIL focuses on supporting emerging professionals through practical project involvement and structured mentorship.
The first phase of the paid, three-month internship program includes four open positions:
Unlike traditional internships built around internal exercises, the ORIL program integrates participants directly into live commercial projects. Interns will work as part of existing development teams, contributing to production environments under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Strong performance during the program may lead to continued collaboration on the current project or transition to other opportunities within the company. Additional roles are planned for future phases of the initiative.
“At ORIL, we don’t view internships as a short-term hiring funnel. We see them as a long-term investment in people. Our goal is to help junior specialists understand how real software products are built, maintained, and scaled — with proper team support and professional standards,” says the company’s CTO Zorian Fedoryha.
