ORIL Launches PropTech Internship Program for Trainee Developers and QA Engineers

ORIL announces the launch of a new early-career internship program designed to help beginner developers and QA engineers gain practical experience in real-world software development. As a software development company with deep expertise in PropTech, ORIL focuses on supporting trainee specialists through hands-on project work and structured mentorship in this domain.

The program is focused on 4 Trainee Full Stack Developers and 2 Manual QA Engineers, and will run for two months. 

Unlike traditional internships based on theoretical tasks, the ORIL program is centered around building a PropTech solution. Participants will work in small teams on a shared mini-project, using modern technologies and AI tools, while receiving continuous guidance from experienced engineers.

Strong performance during the internship may lead to a full-time Junior position at the company. ORIL also plans to expand the program with additional roles in future phases.
