OX Company Joins Lviv IT Cluster

OX, a product company, has officially joined the Lviv IT Cluster. The company develops AI-powered solutions with embedded cybersecurity, helping businesses optimize operations and drive sustainable growth.

Founded in 2020, OX Company specializes in artificial intelligence and automation technologies for Fintech, Insurance, Legal, Entertainment & Media, Customer Operations Optimization, and Healthcare.

The OX team brings together more than 50 IT professionals with an average of 7+ years of experience. To date, the company has successfully delivered more than 15 AI-driven solutions across industries including Fintech, Insurance, Legal, Healthcare, and Entertainment & Media, as well as in the area of Customer Operations Optimization.

Cybersecurity and compliance are among OX’s top priorities. The company is certified under ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 (AI management systems), and operates in compliance with GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27701. In addition, OX employs certified AWS specialists.

The company’s internal culture is built around support, learning, and growth. This is reflected in its corporate motto: Hard work dissolving! Soft work developing :D. For the team, it means tackling complex challenges together, while keeping individual growth at the core of the company’s focus.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, OX Company has actively supported Ukraine and the Armed Forces. The company has donated over $200,000 in financial aid, supplied laptops and tablets to the military, and leveraged its in-house production facilities for 3D-printing parts and components for defense needs. OX team members are also engaged in civic initiatives such as “Cyberpolk” and “Army of Printers”, contributing to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
