Hillel IT School, in partnership with Foundation Coffee Roasters, has launched a powerful charitable initiative in support of Khymery, an elite Ukrainian military intelligence unit. Together, they present a limited-edition release of Geisha coffee called Pixel Perfect — one of the world’s rarest and most exquisite coffee varieties. 100% of proceeds from every bag sold will go toward funding drones and vehicles for defenders on the front lines.

“We wanted to introduce people to the unforgettable legend of Geisha — and at the same time, draw attention to the cause, because Khymery are legends too. No elaborate slogans here — we all know how critical support for our defenders is. If someone can make a donation and receive a truly memorable coffee experience in return, we’re all for it,” said Vadym Dromov, CEO and Co-founder of Hillel IT School.
This fundraiser is both urgent and ambitious. It’s been running for several months with the goal of raising UAH 1,000,000, and the collaboration was launched to help reignite public attention and bring new momentum to the campaign.
“This time, we wanted to create something more than just beautiful packaging or great coffee. So we combined what we do best — roasting coffee and building IT solutions. This isn’t just a bag of coffee — it’s a collaboration between those who understand the true value of decisions and action,” — the Foundation team.
Why Geisha? Geisha isn’t just coffee — it’s a global icon. Revered as one of the most prestigious and exclusive coffee varietals, it’s grown under unique microclimatic conditions, meticulously hand-harvested, and celebrated for its delicate, complex flavor notes — think strawberry yogurt, rose tea, and fruit sorbet.
Its rarity lies in its low-yield harvests. Most farms produce only small lots, which are sold at auction, often fetching more than $1,000 per kilogram. At the prestigious Best of Panama auction, beans from Elida Estate sold for a record-breaking $1,029 per pound — over $2,300 per kilogram — setting the highest price ever paid for coffee.
But Pixel Perfect is more than just a rare brew. It’s a symbol of solidarity. Inside each bag is not only world-class Geisha coffee — but also direct, meaningful support for those risking their lives to defend Ukraine. All proceeds are donated in full to fund essential tactical equipment for the Khymery unit.
