Proacto is a team that thinks and acts proactively, with a warm heart and a cool mind, creating websites that truly work. They are a young Ukrainian company specializing in developing web solutions of any complexity — from simple landing pages to corporate platforms and online stores with third-party integrations and AI. Every project they take on is approached with care, analytics, and creativity.

The perfect blend of design, technology, and humanity allows the Proacto team to build products that not only look appealing but also deliver real business results. Their clients include Ukrainian and international brands, public organizations and educational initiatives, IT companies, defense enterprises, and military units. Their solutions help these clients communicate, raise funds, and strengthen the country’s defense capability. The team takes pride in being part of the shared Victory.
The story of Proacto started with two brothers — a designer and a developer — who decided to combine their talents to help businesses feel confident on the web.
From a small dream grew a team that understands each other with just a glance. Over time, like-minded people joined them — a little “quirky,” just like the brothers, but equally devoted to the common cause. Today, Proacto is a team that thinks creatively, acts with technical precision, and always puts people at the heart of every project.
They create solutions that work for the success of their clients. They don’t just complete tasks — they add value, building partnerships based on openness, trust, and tangible results. Every client is an ally, and every project is a shared journey where they seek the best solutions guided by the win-win principle: your success is their success.
“Our mission is to create web solutions that give Ukrainian businesses confidence and real results. We work not just as contractors, but as partners — open and proactive in our collaboration. In these challenging times for all of us, we strive to support, adapt, and be as helpful as possible, because we understand that we all need to endure. And one of our co-founder brothers is now defending Ukraine on the front line, which gives us even more determination to hold our digital front, develop the company, support Ukrainian initiatives, and build projects that help businesses stay strong and grow together with us and our like-minded partners — such as the IT Cluster, whose values of responsibility, transparency, and care for people we deeply share,” said Mariia Kachurina, CEO of Proacto.
They believe that business should serve not only its clients but also the community. Proacto actively participates in volunteer and charitable initiatives, supports the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and contributes to projects working for the nation’s victory. One of the company’s co-founders is currently defending Ukraine on the front lines — and this gives deeper meaning to everything they do. They know the price of freedom — and they work to strengthen it, even in the digital space.
“For Lviv IT Cluster, it is essential to work with partners who share our values and our vision for the development of Ukraine’s tech ecosystem. We believe in the power of community and in the idea that businesses grow faster and more sustainably when companies support each other, exchange expertise, and create products that make a real impact. Teams like Proacto demonstrate how professionalism, responsibility, and openness can come together to deliver strong market solutions and contribute to a more mature industry. We are glad to collaborate with companies that drive technology forward and create new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses,” said Stepan Veselovskyi, CEO of Lviv IT Cluster.
