PROJECTOR and PRAGMATECH Launched a Free Program for Developing B2B SaaS Startups

Experiment 2.01 is an acceleration program for developing B2B SaaS startups. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to Pragmatech investors at the end of the course.

Who is the program for?

For specialists with 5+ years of experience in management positions in the IT sector:

• with a business background: Senior Product Manager, Head of Product, CPO, CMO, CFO, CBDO;
• with a technical background: Chief Technology Officer (CTO), IT Director, VP of Engineering, Delivery Manager, Head of Delivery.

After selection, 24 program participants will be combined into business + tech pairs who will have to develop an idea for a startup together during the course.

How will everything happen?

The course starts on May 6. For 3 months, participants will walk the path of an entrepreneur, studying the topics necessary for creating a product and completing homework. Meetings will be held online twice a week.

Course program:

• startups 101;
• quantitative research;
• competitive analysis;
• consumer research;
• agentic RAG and rapid prototyping;
• GTM and competitive strategies;
• business model design and startup economics.

The author of the program and the course curator is Timur Dogadkin, Associate Partner & Head of Startup Studio at Pragmatech. During his work, he researched about 150 product categories in B2B SaaS and assembled his own research framework.

• Denis Sudilkovsky, Chief Brand and Business Officer, former Marketing Director at LUN, Ambassador of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine, author of the AI ​​For Product Creation course at Projector Institute;
• Daria Ivashchenko, Head of Design, Insights & Research at SQUAD, founder of R9.Research Community, the first Ukrainian community of UX researchers;
• Mykyta Artemchuk, Partner at Artemchuk.Agency, Chief Product & Operation Officer at Prom.ua

As part of the program, participants will work with mentors to prepare for the final pitching. Mentors will be professionals who already have a successful business in Ukraine, experience and knowledge that will be useful to participants. Among the declared mentors is Artem Yaremchuk, an investor, entrepreneur with 12 years of experience and 5 startups behind them.

To participate in the program, you need to complete the test task at the link. After that, you will undergo a short online interview. Applications are accepted until May 3.
