Simulmedia Deepens Commitment to Ukraine’s Tech Ecosystem

Simulmedia, a leading US TV advertising tech company, continues to strengthen its support for Ukraine’s technology sector. The company is intentionally building a true product organization in Ukraine, fully integrated with its U.S. headquarters and functioning as a core driver of innovation and growth.

Simulmedia’s newest product, Skybeam, is led by the Simulmedia Ukraine team, with most of the product leadership and all of UX, design and growth marketing functions based in Ukraine. The collaboration between teams in New York, Lviv, and Kyiv is built as a true partnership, operating as equals with shared ownership.

Founder and CEO Dave Morgan has been a steady and active supporter of Ukraine, continuing his engagement even after the start of the full-scale invasion. He has made multiple visits to the country, including trips to Kyiv and Kharkiv, where he connected directly with entrepreneurs, developers, and students.Dave has also participated in key industry events during his time in Ukraine. Notably, he served as a featured speaker at IT Arena, one of the country’s largest and most influential tech conferences.

“Despite the challenges of war, Ukraine’s tech community remains incredibly resilient, and I am committed to supporting its growth,” said Dave Morgan, Founder and CEO of Simulmedia. “I have had the privilege of visiting Ukraine multiple times, seeing firsthand the passion and ingenuity of the Ukrainian people. Being a part of events like IT Arena, where Ukrainian talent is celebrated, reinforces my belief in the country’s future as a tech hub. It’s an honor to support this community and be part of its journey toward innovation and success.”

Simulmedia’s commitment to Ukraine goes beyond words. The company has officially joined Diia City, the country’s innovative legal and tax framework designed to support IT businesses. This strategic move reinforces Simulmedia’s long-term belief in Ukraine’s strength as a global tech player and deepens its operational ties to the country.

Simulmedia is also proud to support humanitarian and rebuilding efforts. Following a devastating airstrike in Lviv that damaged more than 180 buildings, the company contributed to recovery initiatives focused on restoring critical infrastructure and residential buildings.

Alongside this policy-level involvement, Simulmedia is taking practical steps to support Ukraine’s tech growth. The company partners with local universities and tech programs to offer internships and mentoring for young professionals. The first cohort of Data Science students from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI) successfully completed their internships in May and will join Simulmedia full-time in June. A second Data Science group from KPI is set to begin their internship this month. Meanwhile, Product Management interns from Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) started their program in May.

Simulmedia is proud to stand with Ukraine, supporting its tech community through investment, collaboration, and long-term commitment.
