Skillreveal, a company that helps tech teams connect with engineers through the network of experts and agencies, is looking for a company of friends for joint rent, who need space for work, brainstorming, and networking.
The company offers 2 rooms, 8 workplaces each. The rent for 1 room per month is $500. The location is in the center: Lviv city, 12 Sholom Aleichema, st, 2nd floor. And nearby, there are grocery stores, cafes where you can eat, and coffee shops where you can drink coffee. Car parking is on the street, and several parking places are available in the courtyard.
What about light and warmth?
There is light! There is a generator, which powers the whole building in case of blackouts, it also powers the boiler and batteries, so there are no interruptions with heat either. Wi-fi is available, and Starlink is already on its way!
What about the shelter?
There is no shelter. But the walls in the premises survived the 2nd World War, so the office itself is the shelter. There is a semi-basement under the stairwell.
What else besides the room?
8 tables and chairs (the number can be increased if necessary), meeting room (8 seats + plasma), poufs, parking for a bicycle, WC, corridor-wardrobe, a dining area that is a place for meetings and conversations, and a kitchen with all needed (coffee, tea, water, dishes and cutlery, refrigerator and dishwasher).
