Recently, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the leading digital authority SoftServe have signed a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership.
The Parties have signed the Memorandum, sharing the ideas of education and science reform, recognizing the need to unite efforts for the digital transformation of education and science of Ukraine, to ensure long-term trust in relations between the state, business, and society.
In particular, SoftServe and the Ministry of Education and Science are working on transforming management processes in after-school education by creating and launching an information-analytical system, “EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY.” The solution will help integrate the existing digital resources in after-school education into a single centralized database and introduce an integrated educational system for after-school education institutions.
“We have been working with SoftServe for a long time and have jointly developed several important solutions. We are currently working on creating an information and analytical system in the field of extracurricular education. This product will help users choose the most interesting and closest to the location section and check the opening hours and popularity”, said Artur Seletsky, the Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitization.
“For SoftServe, helping and supporting important initiatives with technology solutions is a key element of the company’s culture. As a part of the corporate Open Tech program, we have already implemented and are planning to create solutions that will qualitatively strengthen and transform important initiatives. Cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine also allows us to join the digital transformation in the field of education,” mentioned Yevhen Udovychenko, SoftServe IT Academy coordinator and mentor.
The Strategic Partnership Memorandum provides cooperation in the following areas: education and science reform, implementation and development of modern IT solutions, joint projects aimed at using innovative technologies in the educational process, etc
