Startup Survey: Tell About the Needs of Ukraine’s Startup Ecosystem

We invite Ukrainian startups to take part in a survey whose results will be used to develop recommendations for the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF), and European partners.

The Civitta and EasyBusiness teams, with the support of EU4Innovation East, are analyzing the current state of Ukraine’s startup ecosystem. They invite founders and representatives of Ukrainian startups to participate in the survey in order to gather a realistic picture of the market. In particular, the study aims to understand:

• how comfortable it is for startups to develop in Ukraine;
• what regulatory, legal, and other barriers exist;
• what is lacking for the systematic development and scaling of startups.

Your responses will have a real impact. The results of the study will form the basis for recommendations for key public institutions – the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Startup Fund – as well as European partners. In addition, the research will help assess how well the Ukrainian startup ecosystem aligns with the standards of the European Startup Nations Alliance (ESNA).

The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. All data will be used exclusively for research purposes.
