Ukraine Honours Its Digital Business Transformation Leaders — Vchasno.Krashchi Award

On 22 May, Kyiv hosted the third annual Vchasno.Krashchi Award — an event celebrating companies and experts for the outstanding achievements in business digitalisation. Fifteen awards went to companies and market leaders for implementing progressive solutions, automating processes, eliminating routine tasks, and shaping a new digital business culture.

This year, over 195 applications were submitted for the award from Ukrainian companies across retail, logistics, FMCG, agribusiness, IT, and other sectors. Winners across 15 categories were determined by the Vchasno expert jury and the community through open voting. Key focus areas included electronic document flow, digital HR processes, supplier and retailer network integration, logistics transformation, and other real-world cases of digital business change.

Vchasno.Krashchi Award Winners:

  • Best Electronic Document Flow Engine — Ukrainian Milk Company
  • Driver of Digital Change in Electronic Document Flow — Epicentre K
  • Software RRO Guru — Groupe SEB Ukraine
  • EDI Leader in Retail — Gryadka Orange / SV Group
  • EDI Process Expert — ALAN
  • Qualified Electronic Signature Leader — lifecell
  • People-First Employer — Bayadera Group
  • Vchasno Brand Ambassador — MHP
  • Conductor of Digital Change — Kärcher
  • Forward-Thinking Logistics Innovator — Ekol Logistics
  • HR Innovation Leader in Business — Bayadera Group
  • Reporting Master — Vasha Bukhhalteriya, Ivan Teplov

Among the winners’ results: UAH 27.4 million in savings through effective electronic document flow, 120 working days reclaimed by an HR team following digitalisation of personnel processes, and a 70% reduction in manual workload. These cases demonstrate how digitalisation helps businesses streamline operations, eliminate routine, and give teams additional time for growth, strategic priorities, and scaling.

“For the third year running, we celebrate the best — and we see how the award drives market development. Today, companies compete not only through products or services, but through innovation. That is why it is not enough to simply implement digital solutions; what matters is setting new standards of efficiency and driving the pace of change across the entire market. It is particularly meaningful to see companies that hold their place in the Top 5 year after year, backed by strong community support. That is how Ukraine builds a solid circle of sustainable digitalisation leaders. At the same time, we see new players emerging who are choosing growth through digital tools rather than stagnation in routine,” — says Anton Skokov, CEO at Vchasno.

Digitalisation experts recognised for the first time

This year, Vchasno.Krashchi Award recognised not only companies, but also experts — those who champion digitalisation through their own example, content, and knowledge, helping businesses navigate transformation. Real change requires more than technology; it takes people who explain, educate, and motivate the community.

Voice of the Digital Community — Mykola Pohorilsky, author of a blog with 150,000 subscribers, helping entrepreneurs navigate accounting and legal matters.

Innovator of the Year — Viacheslav Saveliev, Digital Projects Manager at 1+1 media, who implemented a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the company.

Leader of Systemic Change — Iryna Yablonska, Head of the Project Management Office at Bayadera Group, who led a large-scale digital transformation of document management and processes.

In keeping with Vchasno’s tradition, the event included a charitable part — fundraising for medevacs in partnership with the Come Back Alive Foundation. Vchasno Group has already donated UAH 4.5 million to the initiative, with an additional UAH 225,000 raised together with partners during the event. The converted medevacs are set to be deployed to the front line in the Pokrovsk direction in June.
