In March 2026, Ukraine’s tech services export revenue rose 8.8% month-over-month to $592 million, generating an additional $48 million for the national economy, according to the National Bank of Ukraine. The figure also exceeds March 2025 results by 8.4%, or $46 million.

Q1 2026 brought $1.644 billion in tech export revenue — a 4.7% increase, or $74 million, compared to the same period in 2025. The quarterly figure, however, is 8.3% — or $149 million — below Q4 2025.

Computer services accounted for 43.2% of Ukraine’s total services export in March 2026, down 0.3 percentage points from February. The figure is broadly in line with March 2025, when the share stood at 43.3%.
Total services export revenue reached $1.369 billion in March, up $119 million from the previous month.
“The pace set in the opening months of 2026 has been encouraging, with March results exceeding expectations — coming close to the highest March figure recorded in the past six years, when exports reached $600 million in March 2023. Overall, the computer services export data for Q1 2026 gives grounds for cautious optimism. Growth is visible in the key US market, while the UAE and other Middle Eastern markets are showing a modestly positive trend. At the same time, the United Kingdom — Ukraine’s second- or third-largest export destination by volume — along with several European markets, is posting declines.
In this environment, it’s not enough for companies to track macroeconomic trends alone. They also need reliable internal benchmarks — particularly for budgeting and compensation decisions. That is precisely why the Lviv IT Cluster research team systematically produces the IT Research: Salary Report, a B2B tool designed to help businesses align their compensation structures with market realities and make informed decisions amid uncertainty,” said Yaryna Voznyak, Lead of Research Department at Lviv IT Cluster.
