Ukrainian Autonomous Parcel Locker Technology Provider Jetbeep has Acquired an Estonian Last-Mile Company Parcelsea

Jetbeep, a Ukrainian provider of autonomous parcel locker technology, has announced the acquisition of its partner, Parcelsea, an Estonian last-mile company specializing in parcel lockers for private homes and communities. The main product of Parcelsea, the Community Locker, is built based on Jetbeep electronics and software.

The acquisition grants Jetbeep ownership of Parcelsea’s intellectual property and customer contracts, while the Parcelsea team will strengthen Jetbeep’s team to accelerate the deployment of their open network. The acquisition also enhances Jetbeep’s key partnership with Omniva.
