UKRAINIAN CHOICE — An Initiative About The Power to Create In Ukraine

UKRAINIAN CHOICE has launched in Ukraine — a large-scale national initiative that identifies and honors companies demonstrating integrity, transparency, innovation, and resilience in times of transformation. It offers a new approach to public recognition, grounded in the values of responsible entrepreneurship, local value creation, and trust as a strategic asset in today’s business landscape.

UKRAINIAN CHOICE is more than a ranking or award. It is a reputational initiative spotlighting businesses that go beyond operating in Ukraine — they create and invest here. These companies prioritize people, ideas, and the long-term resilience of the national economy. They build trust through consistent, values-driven actions — in how they treat their teams, partners, customers, and the wider community.

At its core, the project highlights businesses that think strategically, operate with openness, and contribute meaningfully to Ukraine’s sustainable development. Special focus is placed on companies that develop in-house products, services, and technologies with export potential, while growing local teams and investing across critical sectors such as IT, manufacturing, education, logistics, defense, culture, and agriculture. The initiative spans over 50 sectors of the economy.
