On August 1, 2025, the Kyiv office of UST hosted a special event — The Flower Workshop, organized in partnership with Oberemky.Charity. This was a unique wellbeing experience where colleagues created a warm and inspiring atmosphere, slowed down, connected, and enjoyed a mindful creative process.
Participants were welcomed with seasonal flowers, lovingly grown by elderly residents of the Kyiv region. As part of the program, the team learned more about the mission of Oberemky.Charity — a volunteer initiative dedicated to supporting elderly people in local communities.
After discovering the story behind the flowers, participants immersed themselves in creativity — designing their own floral arrangements, exchanging ideas, and enjoying relaxed conversations. The air was filled with laughter, the scent of fresh blooms, and a true sense of togetherness.
Employees joined the event, many bringing their families. Children especially enjoyed the chance to create beauty with their own hands, which made the gathering even warmer and brighter. Each participant took home a unique arrangement they had crafted themselves.
It was more than just a workshop — it was a moment to pause, appreciate beauty, connect with each other, and support a meaningful cause.
