We are currently looking for an Educational Projects Manager to strengthen our team in implementing initiatives aimed at developing and modernizing IT education. This role is ideal for someone who can build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, organize processes, work with data and analytics, and maintain a strong focus on results.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has strong networking skills and easily builds relationships with different audiences;
• Demonstrates excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, when interacting with company representatives and university administrations;
• Possesses strong analytical thinking abilities;
• Has basic project management skills and can effectively work with deadlines;
• Is detail-oriented and responsible when managing organizational processes;
• Can confidently present ideas and communicate them to various stakeholders;
• Has strong organizational skills;
• Has experience using Excel for basic analysis and reporting;
• Is proactive, creative, and comfortable solving non-standard challenges;
• Has English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

What you will do:

• Coordinate cooperation with universities within the IT Expert project;
• Support mentors from IT companies and help them effectively engage with students throughout project implementation;
• Organize student project defense sessions at universities or IT companies;
• Meet with first-year students to help them better integrate into academic programs and the IT community;
• Participate in updating and improving bachelor’s degree programs;
• Coordinate communication between lecturers, mentors, and students;
• Communicate with university representatives regarding educational needs and joint initiatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytical work in Excel, including reporting, metrics tracking, and basic automation;
• Previous experience in education or the EdTech sector;
• Practical experience working with communities or building communities from scratch;
• Understanding of educational regulations and an interest in modern education trends.

Work format:

• Full-time position;
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Office-based work with the possibility of a hybrid format after successfully completing the probation period;
• Office location: 3 Ulasa Samchuka Street, Lviv;
