Our ideal candidate:

- Is attentive to detail and comfortable with systematic, sometimes repetitive work involving various types of documentation;
- Has good communication skills (especially business communication skills – oral and written).
Will be an advantage:
- Experience working with grants or public funds, EU-funded projects, and independent project management;
- Understanding of EU-funded policies and practices (e.g., DIGITAL EUROPE, HORIZON EUROPE);
- Awareness of the tech market, AI adoption, cybersecurity practices, and engagement with small businesses across different sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing LEAP EDIH in communications with the European Commission project officer, at events and conferences, and in cooperation with other EDIHs, GIZ, and other donors;
- When necessary, preparing amendments to technical annexes and budgets, coordinating them within the team and with the donor;
- Collaborating with technical experts and partner EDIHs to develop and propose services within the project contract;
- Working with all departments involved in the program, ensuring timely and accurate reporting documentation, and advising colleagues on compliance and completion;
- Conducting digital maturity interviews with EDIH clients according to the survey on the European Commission’s dedicated portal;
- Monitoring KPI performance, proposing corrective actions when needed;
- Ensuring proper documentation and archiving for selection or tender procedures under EDIH procurement activities;
- Monitoring compliance with branding and communication guidelines in cooperation with marketing and events teams;
- Tracking budget execution and expert workload, consolidating data from multiple sources into a single overview;
- Uploading documentation to the EC reporting platform and DTA, ensuring information consistency across all reporting channels;
- Preparing project reports, technical deliverables, and presentations; assigning related tasks to involved departments and monitoring the timeliness and quality of output;
